Where do we get our Marriage License?

In order to help expedite the licensing process, couples can now pre-fill most of their marriage license information online. Once the form is completed, you will be given a file number which you will need to bring with you to our office to complete your transaction.
In person, the process takes about 15 minutes, and requires a photo ID from both the bride and groom.
You may drop your license off at the Antique Angel; we'll hold onto it for you until your wedding day.

How much does a Marriage License cost?
Marriage Licenses are $85 at this time.
Cash, money order, traveler's check and credit card (with surcharge) are accepted.

I don't have a Driver's License. What do I do?
These documents may be accepted when applying for your Marriage Licnese:
- Driver’s License
- Driver’s Instruction Permit
- ID Card issued by U.S. state or territory
- Foreign government issued ID Card, including Driver’s License (must include birth date)
- Passport
- Matricula Consular Card
- Military ID Card issued by branch of U.S. Armed Forces
- Military Dependent ID Card issued by branch of U.S. Armed Forces
- Certificate of Citizenship issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Certificate of Naturalization issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Permanent Resident Card issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Voter Identification Card (must contain birth date)
Do I need to use an officiant for my wedding?
In Nevada a wedding ceremony must be performed by an officiant authorized in the State of Nevada to perform ceremonies.
